Rectangle diagonal calculator
Diagonal
Diagonal in geometry, a line segment connecting two non-adjacent vertices of a polygon or polyhedron. The diagonal of a polygon is a line segment connecting its two vertices that do not lie on one side.
Rectangle
Rectangle — is a quadrangle in which all angles are straight (equal to 90 degrees). In Euclidean geometry, for a quadrilateral to be a rectangle, it is enough that at least three of its angles are straight, then the fourth angle, by the theorem on the sum of the angles of a polygon, will also be 90 °.
Rectangle diagonal calculator
The diagonal of a rectangle divides the rectangle into two equal parts, each of which is a right triangle, the legs of which are the sides of the rectangle.
